A night in a gay sauna turns into a fight for survival, two men sit on a park bench speaking Polari, a relationship becomes heated on a night out in London’s Soho streets,sexual adventures await two men in Sir John’s Trouser Bar, a teenager time travels into the future through his bedroom closet, London’s chemsex scene is put into perspective one night at a chill-out party and two outcasts find hope in the mornings sunrise.

It's 1986, tormented teenager Henry is struggling with his sexuality and abusive home life. Henry sits in his closet contemplating suicide. In a flash of light he is transported to 2016 where he meets teenager Ben now occupying his room 30 years later.

I'm not sure how to characterize this film· Two gay teenagers, separated by a generation, meet and become friends through a magical time-travel closet· I suppose the parable here is that each generation has its own "coming of age" struggles, but that these are not all that different· The present can learn from the past - but it seems that the reality is that each present lives only in the present.
