Notes
Closet Monster is not only of interest because of its gay theme, but also of personal interest becase local resident Isabella Rossellini is one of the actors -- She provided the voice for Buffy the Hamster -- Having met Ms Rosslini and heard her speak, I had a hard time imagining her as the voice of a hamster -- But she was perfect! --
I was apprehensive when I first learned that this was yet another teenage coming of age story -- haven't we had enough of these already -- I was wrong -- this was a fine movie, cinematically and plot-wise -- well worth viewing
