Notes
The story is not all that unusual - passion, lust, then fear and anger· When I was very young, I met a young man through a mutual friend· It too went for three nights· Nights 1 & 2 were idyllic· I was sure I had found my soul mate· I was sure he had found his· The third evening started fine, but for no obvious reason turned to fear and anger· He confessed to me that he was studying for the priesthood, could not continue the affair, and stormed out· My friend, in whose apartment I was visiting, looked after him, then back me, then shrugged his shoulders· Now that would make a great film short - oh! it's already been done.
