I loved this story, although I'm not sure what its about. On its face we see two guys who obviously known each other meet unplanned at a private party orgy. They clearly have been previously intimate. Beyond that, the story is ambiguous. I think its fun to interpret it as the afterlife, and that the interloper is perhaps dying and has to decide whether to stay or leave. It's fun to think of an afterlife being a sex orgy.
