All Tickets will be held at the door. Your order receipt will serve as your proof of purchase.

Payment:

Payment either may be by Credit Card or Check/Money Order. Cash is accepted only if transmitted directly through a LI Ravens MC full brother (please get a receipt). We process all credit cards through PayPal. They accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, VISA, or PayPal. You do not need to be a member of PayPal to make a credit card payment. If using a credit card, the Credit Card's Security Code will be required. Make check payable to LIRMC, Inc.

Silent Auction

We will again be conducting a Silent Auction during the cocktail hour and dinner time. All proceeds from the silent auction go toward the LI Ravens Charitable Fund. Should you wish to make donations to the auction, please contact Frank Burdi, 516-316-1040.

Hotel Information:

Should you wish to spend the night at our host accommodation Holiday Inn, our special rate is $99 per night, up to 4 people per room. All hotel reservations are to be made directly with the Hotel. Be sure to mention that the reservation is for the LI Ravens MC.. This will assure the room discount & room assignment in the reserved hotel wing. While room reservations are made directly with the hotel, we will be making room assignments. Transportation:

We will provide transportation from the host hotel to and from the Master/slave Auction at the Long Island Eagle Friday evening, and to and from the Thatched Cottage Saturday evening.

* The cost of a registration includes $1 per person as a Participating Associate membership fee. This fee entitles the registrant to all the privileges of Participating Associate membership in the LIRMC, Inc. for a period of three months.
