This film has many flaws which, if the subject matter was not so daring, would have caused to me rate it lower -- It starts slow and drags at spots, then in the second act rushes a bit through the plot and character development, making the climatic epiphany harder to understand and accept -- Rickki Beadle-Blair is advocating a point of view (a not particularly unique view), and tends towards hitting his audience over the head with a hammer -- At several points I felt "this film's premise is utopian fantasy" -- Was the ragga music the source of the black-white, gay-straight, elite-street bashing, or was it the solution (or was it both cause and effect) -- Be patient -- I enjoyed the film -- Unlike some movies I watch which quickly fade from my consciousness, several days later I still am pondering this one.
