The host hotel is the Holiday Inn, MacArthur Airport, 13845 Veterans Memorial Highway, Ronkonkoma, NY 11779.  631-585-9500.  Exit 57 on the Long Island Expressway, then south on Vets Highway.

The rate for our guests is $99 per night plus applicable fees and taxes -- the same as the last few years.  Rooms can accommodate up to 4 people.  Rooms contain either two Queen size beds or one King size bed and a convertible couch. 

A very limited number of smoking rooms are available.  We can make no guarantee that we can assign you a smoking room. We are providing a smoking hospitality room near to the main hospitality suite.  When you register for the run, indicate that you would like a smoking room if possible.  You may be charged a cleaning fee by the hotel if you smoke in a non-smoking room.

PLEASE MAKE ROOM RESERVATIONS DIRECTLY WITH THE HOTEL.  Be sure to indicate that you are with the LI Ravens MC;  in this way we can assure the room rate and a room assignment in the reserved hotel wing. We also receive room credits based on the number of rooms booked — enabling us economically to provide a hospitality suite and party rooms. 

HOTEL COORDINATOR:  Should you have questions or special needs, please call the Ravens' Hotel Coordinator, Chaz B., 516-887-4538, Hotel@LIRavensMC.org.  While all reservations are to be made directly with the hotel, our hotel coordinator makes the room assignments, and works to assure that special needs are accommodated.

As in recent years, the Leather Ball banquet will be held off-site at the Historical Thatched Cottage on the north shore of Long Island in Centerport, NY.  We will provide transportation to and from the banquet hall on Saturday evening.  Also, we provided transportation  between the hotel and the  L.I. Eagle for the Master/Slave Auction on Friday evening.  All other meals, cocktail parties, and after hours events will be held at the hotel.
